Build useful AI capabilities with clear boundaries and measurable outcomes.
You will turn promising AI ideas into dependable features for real business workflows. Working with product, design, and engineering colleagues, you will evaluate the task before selecting a model or integration, prepare suitable data sources, and design retrieval and review paths that make outputs checkable. You will build evaluation sets, measure failure modes, and explain where a person must remain in control. The role includes improving observability and operational safeguards after a pilot reaches production. We value clear judgment about when a simpler rules-based or search solution is a better fit.
What you bring
- Experience building and operating production software with Python and model APIs.
- Practical understanding of retrieval, evaluation datasets, data quality, and prompt or model changes.
- Ability to design secure data flows and explain privacy and failure risks to non-specialists.
- Clear written communication about uncertainty, limitations, and engineering trade-offs.
