Senior Full-Stack Engineer
Lead the design and delivery of thoughtful digital products for ambitious teams.
You will lead the technical delivery of digital products from discovery through launch and improvement. You will work with strategy and design colleagues to shape feasible solutions, model data and APIs, build accessible interfaces, and choose architecture that a team can maintain. The role includes reviewing critical behavior, performance, security, and release risks; explaining trade-offs to clients; and helping other engineers grow through code review and clear feedback. We value people who can simplify a problem, test assumptions early, and take ownership of a dependable service after it goes live.
What you bring
- Strong experience with TypeScript, React, and production web applications.
- Ability to design APIs, data models, and integration boundaries that remain understandable as a product grows.
- A habit of testing critical behavior and reviewing performance, accessibility, security, and operational readiness.
- Experience guiding technical decisions and communicating trade-offs with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
