Qalamora replaces registers, Excel sheets and hand-written challans with one connected system. Admissions, fees, attendance, exams, staff and accounts share the same records, so a school types information once and prints it the same day. It runs in the cloud with a private address for every school, or on a single Windows PC inside the school when the internet is unreliable.
Most schools in Pakistan still run on registers, Excel files and challan books. The same student details are written again for admission forms, fee challans, attendance sheets and result cards. Fee defaulters are found by hand at the end of the month, and parents hear about attendance or results days later, if at all.
We built one record per student that every module reads from. Monthly challans are generated in one click, the fee counter prints a receipt in seconds and the accounts day book updates itself. Teachers mark attendance and homework from their phones, parents see fees and results in the app, and the whole system also runs offline on a school PC.

The Flutter mobile app connects to a cloud school or to the school’s own server on the local network. Parents follow fees, attendance and results; teachers mark registers and set homework; principals see the whole school and approve leave.

Qalamora School Server: the full system, offline.
One Windows PC in the school becomes the server. Other computers and phones on the school network open Qalamora in a browser or the app. It keeps working without internet and needs a connection only for a periodic licence check.
