Working with our delivery team
How communication, feedback, and decisions work during an engagement.
All articles ↗What happens after you contact ABT Dev Services about a new project.

You can begin with an outcome, a problem, or an idea that is still taking shape. You do not need a complete specification before contacting us.
Tell us what your organization does, who the product or service is for, and what is not working today. If you have a target launch date, budget range, current platform, or required integration, include it. Links to an existing site, design, or brief can help, but please avoid sending passwords, production credentials, or sensitive customer records in an initial inquiry.
We review the request and identify the people best suited to the discussion. An initial conversation covers goals, users, success measures, constraints, decision makers, and timing. If a technical or data question needs more investigation, we will outline a focused discovery step instead of guessing.
A useful proposal describes the recommended approach, scope boundaries, deliverables, assumptions, responsibilities, timeline, and how changes will be handled. For larger projects, we may suggest a phased roadmap so the first release can be tested before later commitments are fixed.
Bring a person who owns the business outcome and, where relevant, someone who understands the current systems. Prioritize the decisions you need to make now. You can contact us through the project inquiry form, request a proposal, or book a consultation through the contact page.
