This policy sets out what is not allowed when using the website, client portal, hosting, systems built or operated by ABT Dev Services (Pvt.) Ltd. (“ABT”), and our products Qalamora, DishRoute and MandiKhata. It protects our customers, their users and the public. It applies to customers and to everyone who uses an account they control. Effective date: 27 October 2026.
1. Illegal and harmful activity
You must not use our services to:

Break any applicable law, including the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016, or infringe anyone’s rights.

Store or share content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, harassing, hateful, sexually exploitative of minors, or that promotes violence or terrorism.

Infringe copyright, trademarks or other intellectual property, or distribute pirated software or media.

Process personal data without a lawful basis, or collect data about people in ways they would not reasonably expect.

Run gambling, pyramid schemes, or the sale of prohibited or regulated goods without the required licences.
2. Messaging and marketing
SMS, WhatsApp and email features must be used only to contact people who have agreed to hear from you or who have an existing relationship with you, such as parents of enrolled students, guests who placed an order, or your own customers. Do not send spam, buy contact lists, hide your identity, or ignore opt-out requests. You must follow the rules of WhatsApp Business, telecom operators and the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority, and the anti-spam laws of the recipients’ countries.
3. Security and system integrity
You must not:

Access accounts, data or systems you are not authorised to use, or try to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, plan limits or licence checks.

Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of our systems without written permission. Good-faith security research is welcome under the reporting rules on our Security page.

Upload malware, or use our services to attack, overload or disrupt any system.

Share accounts between organisations or sell access to our products.

Use automated tools that place an unreasonable load on our services.
4. Financial and record integrity
Our products keep auditable financial and academic records. You must not use them to falsify fee, payroll, ledger, tax, examination or attendance records, or to conceal transactions from auditors or authorities. Corrections should be made through the reversal and adjustment features, which keep the original entry.
5. AI features
Where a product or system includes AI features, you must not use them to generate unlawful, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate real people, or to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about individuals without human review.
6. Enforcement
If we reasonably believe this policy has been breached, we may remove or disable the content concerned, suspend the affected feature or account, or end the service, depending on the seriousness. Where practical and lawful we will contact you first and give you a chance to fix the problem. We may report illegal activity to the authorities and cooperate with lawful investigations.
7. Reporting abuse
Report misuse of any ABT service or product to support@abtdevservices.com with as much detail as you can safely share. We review every report.
